I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
Make breadcrumbs by placing bread into bowl for 10seconds on speed 7 - set aside in a large bowl
Place onion in bowl (no need to clean) and chop for 5 seconds on speed 7 - add to breadcrumbs
Chop beans in bowl "Closed lid" turbo pressed twice - add to breadcrumb and onion mixture
Add chicken breast "Closed lid" turbo until you have a good mince. I find that three presses is usually perfect, but it depends on the sizes of your cubed chicken. Add this to the breadcrumb mixture along with the remaining ingredients.
Give it a quick stir and then place flattened tablespoons into a lightly oiled non stick frypan and cook both sides until golden. Drain on paper towel and then serve.

My daughter loved these and ate three of them for tea!! She's 17.5 months old and can sometimes be a bit picky... she eats a wide variety of foods, but one day will like something and the next she won't. I was very happy when she gobbled these up for her dinner tonight. Relativey easy recipe.
I found there were some large pieces of onion, so I will remember to scrape down the bowl and chop onion again, before moving on to the next step.
These were a massive winner for my 2.5yr old and 7mth old tonight! Enough for dinner tonight and the freezer! Thanks for sharing!!
Great recipe! My 13 month old enjoyed them (and I ate few) and plenty left over to freeze for a quick meal. Many thanks!
These were yummy toddler loved them. Didn't have beans but threw in some cauliflower and spinach I pinched a few too. Think I'll add cheese next time hehe
My 3 yr old and 1 year old loved these- I had no beans so I used broccoli instead which worked fine. My husband and I stole a few too. Will make these again , thankyou!
Thank you, these wer very tasty and my toddler loved them! Far better than some of other similar recipes I have tried. WIll be a regular in this house. I also doubled the beans ratio to add a bit more green.
