Place butter, golden syrup and brown sugar in TM bowl. heat 5 min/70 degrees/speed 3.
Add rolled oats, flour and coconut. Mix on speed "Counter-clockwise operation" speed 2 /10 seconds.
Scrape bowl and mix again 5 seconds "Counter-clockwise operation" speed 2.
Allow to cool whilst preapring pan.
Add cream cheese, caster sugar and vanilla. Beat 20 sec/speed 5. Mixture should be light and fluffy. Scrape bowl if needed beat for another 5sec/speed 5.
Add eggs one at a time whilst the TM is on Speed 4 continue to mix for 1 min. Stopping to scrape the side of bowl about halfway through.
Place butter, syrup and sugar into bowl. Cook 5min/70/speed 2.
Add cream - cook 3 min/100/speed 2. once the Syrup is finished cooking drizzle a small amount over the Cream Cheese mixture and use a skewer to swirl it around.
Bake at 150 degrees for around 50 minutes.
When Cheesecake slice is finished baking (you will know it is ready once the edges are set and but the centre is still a little soft and wobbly when you shake the tin gently) leave in the oven to cool with the door ajar to prevent cracking. Place cheesecake slice in the fridge and once is is cold slice it into 16 squares. Drizzle some of the Syrup over the top and enjoy!

Tip
This recipe was converted from the Anzac Cheese cake recipe from the recipe communtiy, I decided to convert it to a slice so it was lunch box friendly for my hubby and kids. I found this slice sweet enough without the sauce on top or you could swirl more through it before baking.
****I also used the "Home made Philly Cream Cheese" from the recipe community and it worked well with this recipe. Link is below.

Recipe is created for
TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!
