- 60 grams sultanas
- 1 egg
- 320 grams buttermilk
- 2 tablespoons Raw Honey
- 250 grams Self Raising Flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 45 grams wheat or oat bran

Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
Grease muffin pan or place silicone forms on flat tray.
Place butter in TM bowl and melt 2 minutes at 60 degrees on speed 2.
Add apricots and chop 2 seconds on speed 6.
Add all other ingredients and mix for 5 seconds on speed 4.
Spoon into prepared pan and bake for about 20 minutes.

Hi!
I cooked a batch of these this morning and the family all enjoyed them warm from the oven. I substituted gluten free flour which seemed to work well, the texture was lovely and light.
