Biscuit and fruit no bake fudge cake
- 1 packages plain biscuits
- 125 grams Butter
- 2 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoon condensed milk, see Cookidoo for recipe
- 1 egg
- 100 grams Coconut
- 50 grams dried cranberries
- 50 grams almonds
- 50 grams sultanas
- 50 grams Cashews
- 50 grams dried apricot pieces

- Crush biscuits 6 sec/sped 7
- reserve in container you will use for the slice (slice tin or similar)
- add 50 grams almonds 4 sec/speed 7 and add to the biscuit mix
- 125 g butter, 2 Tbsp Cocoa 2 Tbsp Condensed milk 1 min/37℃/speed 4.5
- Scrape down sides of bowl
- Add 1 tspn Vanilla extract 1 egg 5 sec/37℃/speed 4.5
- Scrape down sides of bowl
- add 100 grams Coconut 50 grams dried cranberries 50 grams sultanas 50 grams cashews 50 grams dried spricot pieces
- add reserved biscuit/nut mix 40 sec/speed 3
- repeat step 9 until mixed remove from bowl and spread in container and set in fridge

Any dried fruits and nuts can be used, chop nuts in step 3
I use a tupperware slice container to set and store in the fridge
