Ingredients

CONDENSED MILK

  • 80 grams water
  • 90 grams Butter
  • 110 grams skim milk powder
  • 150 grams raw sugar

FILLING

  • 400 grams dessicated coconut

CHOCOLATE COATING

  • 380 grams chocolate
  • 40 grams coconut oil

Recipe's preparation

  1. Place all the Ingredients for the Condensed Milk into the TM Bowl

     

    For  6 mins 90 deg speed 4

     

     

    ( or you can use a Can of Condensed milk ) 

  2. Leave the condensed milk in the Bowl and add all the coconut..

     

    Mix speed

     

    6 for 10 seconds

     

     

     

    Start rolling into little balls and Place in the fridge for around 1/2hr to make them less Sticky

  3. Add Coconut Oil and Chocolate pieces to TM bowl

     

    Melt for 2 minutes at 50deg Speed 2.  Scrap down bowl if needed

     

     

     

     

    Placing each Ball onto a spoon drizzle each Ball  with chocolate and place in the fridge

Tip

For a Different Variation.. Add a Peppermint Crip bar in step Two with the Coconut

 

 

If you don’t want to use Chocolate

 

25g Cocao Powder

150g Coconut Oil ..

    I loved these it made so much I've frozen half the coconut mixture.  I made some milk choc and some dark choc. Thank you for sharing.  tmrc_emoticons.)

    Great and simple recipe. Two spoon technique for applying chocolate works great too.

    Great little recipe! Mixture wasnt too sticky, tastes great and a personal little love of mine no need to clean the bowl inbetween! Adding the coconut oil to the chocolate is inspired tastes amazing
