Ingredients

  • 250 gram Butter, softened
  • 110 grams brown sugar
  • 85 grams castor sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla Paste
  • 2 S.R Flour (white wings GF), cups
  • 1 2/3 Plain Flour.(white wings GF), cups
  • 110 grams White Cadbury Cooking Chocolate, broken into sqaures
  • 110 grams Milk Cadbury Cooking chocolate, broken into squares

Recipe's preparation

    preheat oven 180 degree or fan forced 160 degree
  1. Insert butterfly 

    Add butter and sugars until light and fluffy 35sec/ sp 3-4

  2. Scrape down sides

    Add eggs and Vanilla 15sec/ sp 3-4/ butterfly

     

  3. Add S.R Flour 20sec/ sp 3-4/ butterfly

    Remove butterfly

  4. Add Plain flour 20sec/ sp 3-4

    Scrape down sides

  5. Add Chocolate Counter-clockwise operation"Counter-clockwise operation" / 20sec/ sp 3-4

  6. Place heaped dessert spoons balls of mixture onto trays

    Bake 15-20min until golden

    Cool on wire rack

Tip

These are soft biscuits that will crumble, great for kids

Try adding different flavours of Chocolate if it dosn't have to be GF 

Sorry i didnt measure how much a cup of flour was while making these, next time i make them il update it with this info.
