  • 20 grams raw sugar
  • 100 grams Roasted Cashews
  • 1/2 package beansprouts
  • 1/2 red capsicum, sliced

Recipe's preparation

  1. Place garlic into TM bowl and chop 3 sec/ Speed 7

  2. Add oil and saute 100 deg/ 2 mins/ Speed 2

  3. Add chicken and cook Varoma/ Counter-clockwise operation"Counter-clockwise operation" / 3 min/ Gentle stir setting"Gentle stir setting"

  4. Add chilli sauce and cook Varoma/ Counter-clockwise operation"Counter-clockwise operation" / 4 min/ Gentle stir setting"Gentle stir setting"

  5. Add oyster sauce, soy sauce, raw sugar, capsicum, sprouts and onion cook Varoma/Counter-clockwise operation"Counter-clockwise operation" /6 min/Gentle stir setting"Gentle stir setting"

  6. Serve with rice and garnish with roasted cashews

Tip

I always taste at the end and sometimes add more chilli sauce and oyster sauce for a stronger taste ( depending on brands of sauces) then will repeat Varoma/Counter-clockwise operation"Counter-clockwise operation" /1 min/Gentle stir setting"Gentle stir setting"
