- 50 gram dark chocolate
- 75 gram Butter
- 75 gram brown sugar
- 35 gram golden syrup
- 70 gram Milk
- 60 gram plain flour
- 25 gram SR flour
- 1 --- egg
- 15 gram soft butter
- 25 gram brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon cream
- 70 gram icing sugar

Preheat Oven 180 degrees fan forced
1. Break chocolate into pieces into bowl
2. Add butter, brown sugar, syrup and milk
3. Cook 60 degrees, 2 min, speed 3
4. Add flours. Mix 10 seconds, speed 3. Scrape down sides, repeat
5. Add egg. Mix 10 sec, speed 2
6. Pour into cupcake moulds
7. Bake 20 minutes
for the topping
1. Melt butter and sugar 100 degrees, 3minutes, speed 2
2. Add cream. 60 degrees, 4 minutes. Speed 1
3. Stir in icing sugar 10 seconds speed 3
Once muffins cooked and cooled put icing on them
