Luscious Chocolate Brownies
- 200 grams Butter
- 100 grams white chocolate melts
- 160 grams plain flour
- 340 grams raw sugar to taste
- 2 eggs
- 1 pinch salt
- 50 grams macadamias
- 50 grams White Chocolate Chips

Grease and line a 23cm lamington pan.
Melt butter with white chocolate melts in the Thermomix bowl at 60° for 3 minutes on speed 1.
Add sugar, flour, eggs and salt and combine on speed 5 for approximately 10 seconds.
Add nuts and white chocolate bits and mix on reverse for 10 seconds on speed 4.
Pour mixture into pan and bake in a pre-heated moderate oven for approximately 20 minutes or until slice springs back.
Cool in pan and cut when cold. Sprinkle with icing sugar.

Tip
Use macadamia nuts as an alternative to hazelnuts!

Oh dear Lord, I could not stop eating this... chewy, nutty goodness. I used 80 grams less sugar and used both macadamias and hazelnuts and gluten free flour, it also took 35 minutes in my oven but worth trying out...joggers are ready for the morning workout to ease the calorific burden from over consumption!
