- 110 gram coconut cream (or milk)
- 70 gram Grapeseed Oil
- 1 --- lemon (rind only)
- 2 eggs
Lemon Syrup
- 120 gram sugar
- 35 gram lemon juice

I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
Preheat oven to 180C.
Add sugar and lemon rind and mix for 15 seconds speed 9.
Add remaining ingredients and mix for 30 seconds speed 5.
Put mix into a baking loaf (lined if necessary) and cook for 40 minutes.
Place sugar and lemon into TM bowl and cook for 8 minutes on 90C on speed 1.
