Made with fresh rosemary in shank pot roast slow cooker......yummmo
Yummy balls for a stew. I processed the fresh Thyme with the flour but before butter and it worked well. Will make again. Thankyou
enjoyed by myself & hubby thank you
so easy to make, like mini cheesy scones on top of a stew.
I used a veggie stew recipe off good food.
These finished off the dish super nicely.
Worked and tasted perfectly! Thank you. Enjoyed by the whole family!

Great recipe. I made these and put them into the slow cooker on top of my beef casserole. Following instructions from Sally Wise's Slow Cooker cookbook, I sprayed a piece of baking paper with oil and put it on top of the casserole and dumplings, put the lid back on and they were cooked on high for 30 mins. They were fantastic. I also added some parsley and used soy milk instead of normal milk.
Sorry Arli I have never tried that. I think they might turn out too soggy.
Do you think these would work if put on top of a casserole done in the slow cooker? I realise they won't come up all browned on top, but will they be too soggy?
