- 60g Butter
- 200g Milk
- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 190g SR flour
- 100g raw sugar
- pinch of salt
- 2 medium apples, cooking or golden delicious, peeled and thinly sliced

Preheat oven to 160 - 180ºC. Line your cupcake tray.
Melt butter in TM bowl for 2min/90ºC/Sp 1.
Add milk, vanilla extract and egg. Mix for 5s/Sp 5.
Add flour, sugar and salt. Mix 10s/Sp 5.
Pour batter into lined cupcake tray and add the apples.
Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
Bake for 20 - 25 min.
Tip
Depending on your oven, bake at a lower temperature to prevent the cupcake from rising in the middle too much.
