Is it possible to sun honey in place of golden syrup?
Beautifully moist and lovely.
Super moist and loved by kids and adults.
I used natural yogurt insteat of milk. It turned outmligjt and fluffy.
I so pleased this was a hit with your family! I will try with spelt flour next time, I love the flavour it gives to baking. Thanks for sharing
The recipe also makes great muffins, cook for 10-15 mins
Thank you for such a great recipe. So easy to make and came out light and fluffy. You wouldn't know it was an egg free cake! I followed it step by step, only difference is I used spelt flour instead of regular flour but still in the same quantity. I covered it with a coconut chocolate ganache and it was a hit with all 4 kids and adults too. Thanks again this will be my go to cake now
