These work really well. They have the look and texture of a scone, a bit drier but taste good.
The dough is very wet, so you can't use a cutter which gives a really rustic look. I beat the egg in a bowl before adding and was able to use the residue to glaze the top of my scones before baking. These are a great GF alternative, I'll be making them again. Thanks!

I made them savory withe grated cheese in the mixture, only a little sugar plus mixed herbs, also add cheese on top. They were a bit dry othewise tasty.

These are delicious! They did spread a bit so next time I might try putting the batter into a muffin tray. Definitely a winner!

I could live on these. I substitute mixed herbs for sugar; delicious!

easy to make and so delicious for a gluten free -- i omitted the sugar and popped in a tablespoon of mixed herbs for a savoury scone - repeat making for this recipe

These are the most delicious Gluten Free Scones. In fact I would go so far as to say they are best GF scones ever - they didn't crumble - am sure they could pass for 'regular' scones. I am definitely just making this batch instead of 2 batches (1 regular and 1 GF) when visitors call - they wouldn't know they were Gluten Free. Thank you for such a great recipe.
