3. Add bananas to bowl - breaking into chunks as you go, then chop 3-4sec/speed 5.
4. Add pineapple, egg and oil, and combine "Counter-clockwise operation" /5sec/speed 3.
5. Add all dry ingredients and mix [counterclock]/15sec/speed 4 to combine.

2. Spread onto the top of cooled cake, and garnish with crushed 'Sugar Walnuts' (search recipe community for this recipe!), plain walnuts, or anything else that takes your fancy!

Erin Adams: Any recipe cooked in the tm31 & tm5 can be done in the tm6.
Can this be cooked in a TM6?
Lovely and moist. I used 280g fresh pineapple, only 100 g sugar and made 22 cupcakes. Thanks for a great, easy recipe
Can someone tell me how much pineapple please
shelly3000:I would imagine they mean reverse
Just wondering, what is "Counterclock" in step 5
Thanks
So Yummy. Went down a treat.
I have vegetable and olive oil - could you substitute this for sunflower do you think?? Also I'm not a huge fan of nuts - could you omit?
Loved it! Used less sugar.
Anniebee!
This cake was divine!!! Followed your instructions exactly (and used cinnamon instead of pumpkin spice as suggested) and it came out perfectly!
My go to hummingbird cake recipe from now on.
Thank you!
