- 250 grams Butter
- 250 grams raw sugar
- 2 eggs
- 600 grams Bakers Self Raising Flour
- 2 teaspoon Vanilla Esscence

STEP 1
Sift Self Raising Flour into large hand Mixing Bowl and set aside.
STEP 2
Place sugar in bowl speed 9 10 secs and add butter and cream on speed 4 until creamy add eggs one at a time until mixed, and then add Vanilla Esscence mixed through.
STEP 3
Tip Mixture into Self Raising Flour and mix by hand until it forms a dough consistency.
STEP 4
Roll into balls about Table Spoon size flatten put a well in the middle of each biscuit and add thermomix jam. Bake in fan forced oven for 15 minutes at 180 degrees celcius or untill golden brown.
