Ingredients
- 420 g red kidney beans, canned or soaked overnight and cooked until soft
- 3 --- chia eggs, Mix 3 TBS of chia with 1 cup of water and leave for 15-20 minutes
- 1 tablespoon water or coffee
- 2 teaspoon vanilla extract, or more to taste
- 70 g raw cacao powder
- 1 teaspoon GF baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 100 g coconut oil
- 1 --- banana
- 240 g pitted dates, use half if using mejdol dates
- 3 tablespoon coconut suggar, OPTIONAL

Blizt the dates SP 8 1minutes with the help of spatula. Set asside, no need to wash bowl.
Pure beans, water/coffee, 1 banana egg and vanilla until smooth. SP 7 with aid of spatula untill smoth. Set asside, no need to wash bowl.
Beat the oil and coconut suggar is using 1 minutes 50 degrees SP 5.
Add the chia eggs & beat for 20 seconds SP 4.
Add bean mixture SP 4 5 seconds.
Add the date mixture, cocoa powder, baking powder, bicarb soda, and salt and blend SP 4 1 minute with the aid of spatula.
Pour batter into greased ring tin pan and bake 165 degrees oven for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
Tip
You can use Flaxseed eggs instead of chia eggs, just ground 3 TBS of flaxseed and mix with 3TBS of water.
I would leave out the coconut suggar, but if you need an extra sweetness without the guilt, go for it!
