Ingredients
Donuts
- 290 g plain flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1.5 tsp ground cinnamon
- 0.5 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1 tsp salt
- 80 g oil, (I used grapeseed)
- 3 eggs, room temperature
- 350 g pumpkin puree (cooked)
- 120 g brown sugar
- 140 g Maple syrup
Cinnamon Sugar topping
- 4 tbsp white sugar
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 60 g Butter
Pumpkin Puree
- 400 g pumpkin
- 1000 g water

Place cubed pumpkin in varoma
Place water in bowl
Cook for 20min/sp2/varoma
Once cooked, empty water from bowl.
Put pumpkin in bowl and puree 10sec/sp4
Add flour, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt to bowl. Mix 5sec/sp4
Add oil, eggs, pumpkin puree, brown sugar and maple syrup.
Mix on sp4/20sec or until combined. You may need to scrape down the sides and mix for another few seconds.
Using a piping bag, pipe mixture into a donut tray, a little over half full.
Bake in oven for 15 minutes on 180 deg
In a bowl, combine white sugar and cinnamon
Melt butter 2min/70deg/sp2
Using a knife to prise donuts out of tin when hot, dip in the butter and then into the sugar mix
Eat warm or cold!
