Ingredients
No bake mars bar cheesecake
- 500 g cream cheese
- 200ml thickened cream
- 1/4 --- Boiling water
- 3 level teaspoons Gelatine powder
- 2 Mars Bars, chopped
- 120 g Butter, melted
- 1 packages biscuits
- 1/3 --- caster sugar
- 2 level teaspoons vanilla extract

- Line a springform cake tin
Empty biscuit packet into Thermomix and mix on speed 9 for 10 seconds, pour into a bowl
Melt butter 2 mins, 90°, speed 2
Pour in biscuits and combine speed 2 for 15 seconds.
Empty in springform, push down with a spoon and set aside.
Put in butterfly whisk and place cream cheese in, beat for 5 sec.
Add vanilla extract, cream, sugar and combine for 20sec speed 2.
Add gelatine powder to boiling water and stir until dissolved and allow to cool slightly.
Add to mixture and beat speed 1 for 5 sec
Fold through chopped mars bars and pour into lined tin. Put in fridge for minimum 6 hours, preferably overnight. Decorate with extra mars bars when set.
No bake Mars Bar cheesecake
Tip
I swirl chocolate and caramel sauce through mine. You can use any brand, but add lightly as too much and it won't set properly.
