- 100 g Butter
- 1 package Tennis Biscuits, buttersnap or granita will also work
Filling
- 300 g Fresh strawberries, leaves off
- 2 Blocks Philadelphia cheese
- 100 g thick cream
- 1 tsp Vanilla Bean Paste
- 1/2 Freshly squeezed lemon

Method Melt butter for 2.5 mins/90deg/speed 2Add the biscuits & crush for 5 secs / speed 9Press biscuit mixture into your chosen dishPlace into the fridge
Place all ingredients into your clean TM bowl. Mix for 20 secs / speed 6 (might be less or more depending on your strawberries)Pour mixture over your prepared biscuit base, decorate the top with extra strawberries.Place in the fridge for at least 3-4 hrs until set

lemon juice is supposed to help keep it firm, however I used a gelatin leaf, melted into mixture and it held perfectly. Other factor was that the filling wasn’t overly sweet, so perhaps up the vanilla extract quantity?
As above I tried this recipe and it was a disaster, looked set until I removed pan and it's ran everywhere
tried gelatin in it also no difference
I tried this recipe and it did not set. I then tried to save it by adding gelatine and it still did not set. Tasted delicious, though I had to add some icing sugar as it wasn't sweet enough for our taste.
