Baked today. Absolutely beautiful. I am so fussy when it comes to cake. This was delicious and moist. Compliments all around.
Great recipe. I too cut the sugar down to 100g. I used 2 Large ripe bananas and it was perfect.
I made the recipe exactly as stated. It is DEVINE! One of my thermomix favourites for sure!
Absolutely delicious. Partner has requested this again
I made this today, lovely flavour but i was guilty of not measuring the banana into the cup and it took about 1hr 40mins to cook so my 4 medium bananas may have been a lot bigger than the medium ones others have used
Amazing I cut down the sugar to 100g and added choc chips to it, put blueberries instead of raspberries through the cake and topped it with raspberries!! YUMMY!!! thank you for this recipe
Delicious! I had something like this in a cafe recently which inspired me to seek out a recipe. This was actually better! Thanks... and like others I cut the rapadura to 100g. Thanks.
Yum!
Delicious..... I reduced the sugar to only 100g & used frozen Blueberries Yum Yum Yum..
This is delicious. Even toasted with a bit of butter - just like the cafe
