Cookies
- 60 g Butter, Softened
- 65 g sugar, white
- 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
- 1 egg yolk
- 180 g self-raising flour
- 1/4 tsp bicarbonate of soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp Nutmeg
- 2 tbsp sour cream
Icing
- 200 g icing sugar
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp orange juice
- 1.5 tbsp water

- Preheat Oven to 180c
line 2 baking trays with baking paper
Insert Butterfly whisk
Cream butter, sugar and vanilla 30 sec/speed 4
Scrape down sides and add egg yolk
Mix 15 Seconds/Speed 4
Remoce Butterfly whisk
In a medium sized bowl combine all dry ingredients
Add half of dry ingredients and half of sour cream into mixing bowl and mix on dough function for 20 seconds or until combined
Add remainder of dry ingredients and sour cream mix on dough function for 20 seconds or until well combined
scoop into teaspoon sized balls, place on prepared trays and press with a fork (they do spread a little so do not place to close together)
Bake for 8-10 minutes or until light brown in colour. Let cool - Place all ingredients into bowl and mix 30 seconds/spead 4
Mixture should be think enough to spread over cookies but not to thin that it drips off sides.
If mixture is too thin add a little more icing sugar, if its too thick add a little extra water
Once the cookies have cooled top with icing!

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
