- 40 gram sugar
- 210 gram plain flour
- 70 gram Corn Flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt

Insert butterfly to whisk egg whites (1min/speed 3.5). Set aside.
Without washing pot, remove butterfly and add (B) (5 sec/mc/Speed 5)
Add (C) (10 secs/MC/Speed 5) x 2 times
Fold in egg whites in clockwise direction until thoroughly combined
Spray oil on waffle maker, pour the batter in. It's ready when no more steam is released. Enjoy!
