I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
1. Preheat oven to 170C (fan forced). Grease 12 cup muffin tray
2. Place quartered orange and butter into mixing bowl and mix 10 sec/speed 8. Scrape down sides and mix for a further 7 sec/speed 8. Butter and orange should now be well combined (you will still see some orange peel through
the mixture but that is fine)3. Add remaining ingredients and combine for 20 sec/speed 4. Scrape down sides and combine for another 20 sec/speed 4. Check to make sure all
ingredients are well combined. You will find the mixture will be quite thick.
This is how it should be4. Distrubute mixture evenly amoungst the greased 12 cup muffin pan, and
bake for 20 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean or with crumbs, not
wet mixture

Tip
If you are using a larger 6 muffin tin to cook your muffins, increase your cooking
time to 30 mins, or until a skewer inserted comes out clean or with crumbs on it
(no wet mixture)

Very easy. My daughter and her friend whipped them up, we reduced the sugar to 100g and left out the poppy seeds. These would be lovely with some chocolate chips added too. Thank you for sharing the recipe.
Fantastic muffins and so easy. Make them with 2 chia eggs instead of eggs. Make them for a morning tea. One of the girls is allergic to eggs.
These were so good and so quick and simple! I got 16 good size muffins from this. thanks for sharing
These are moist and tasty, omitted the poppy seeds. Will bake these again.
Love this recipe
Made it again, quickly after dinner and am reminded how good, moist and quick these are.
Even after forgetting the sugar completely... Oops o. O
They still surprisely aren't bitter, though I will definitely add a bit next time ha-ha
Thank you for sharing a winner recipe
I made these this morning for school lunches and it made 12 (6 hole) muffins and 12 mini muffins. I now have 3 of each left. I used 70g sugar as suggested in one of the comments, soy milk, Nuttelex. Aldi GF flour. I peeled/'minus pith' the orange before adding in, and added more milk as well as 3 drops of Young Living Tangerine oil. I would deem these a resounding success. Thank you
Sensational!
Loved by all in my family. So moist and full of flavour.
I love this recipe! 🍊
It's so much easier than having to zest & juice the orange! So flavoursome & moist!

Just made these for the first time. YUM! A childhood favourite! These would be great with lemons too.
