- 1 tsppure vanilla essence (or ½ vanilla pod split)
- 30 g Butter, (optional)
- 50 gnatural sultanas
- 200 g arborio rice
- 1 l full cream milk

I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
Place all ingredients into the Thermomix bowl.
Cook for 45minutes at 90˚C on Reverse+ speed 1 without Butterfly or Reverse + speed soft"Counter-clockwise operation" "Gentle stir setting" with Butterfly.
Check for texture, taste and rice cooked through. Enjoy!

This recipe is awesome. I halved the ingredients, when adding the fruit I ended up putting more than half. I cooked for 32 mins. Thanks for such a yum and easy recipe

Yummy !! will definitely be making this again. I reduced to 1/4 of quantities for a single, it made two small serves, and cooked for about 30 mins.
