Honey Almond Bran Flakes
- 160 g wheat grain
- 160 g almonds
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 60 g Bran
- 40 g honey
- 160 g Milk
- 120 g water

Preheat oven to 160° C. Line four baking trays with baking paper.
Add the wheat grain to the mixing bowl and mill 1 min 30 sec/speed 9
Add the almonds and baking powder and mill 10 sec/speed 9
Add the bran, honey, milk, and water and mix 30 sec/speed 4
Divide the dough onto the four pieces of baking paper. Cover the first lot of dough with glad wrap and roll out into an extremely thin flake - it should be almost transparent in places. Remove the glad wrap and repeat for the other lots of dough.
Allow to cool completely. Store in a sealed container for up to two weeks.
