- 750 grams Kiwifruit skin off
- 500 grams sugar
- 1 lemon

Peel rinds thinly from lemon and oranges. Place into simmering basket.
Remove the pith and seeds from the lemon and oranges and cut the flesh into quarters. Peel kiwifruit and cut in half. Place into mixing bowl and puree 10sec/speed 9.
Add sugar to citrus and kiwifruit. Place simmering basket with rind in and Cook 30-40min.100C/speed2.
Test to see if you jam has set. If not, continue to cook for a further 2-3mun/Varoma/speed2 with MC.
Discard peel and bottle jam in hot dry jars. Seal when cold.
Tips Drip small amount onto a cold saucer allow to cool tip saucer it check if it is set.

Place a small amount of jam onto a cold saucer allow to cool then tip saucer to see if set. If not cook another 2-3 min

before I make this I'm wanting clarification, is it only 1 orange or a weighted amt? The recipe mentions oranges in plural.
