- 660 grams Almond milk

Put all ingredients in TM bowl. Blend together for 10 seconds at speed 8.
Cook at 90 degrees,"Counter-clockwise operation" for 10 minutes.
Top with LSA mix, maple syrup and fruit such as banana and goji berries.
Tip
Almond milk could be substituted for cows milk, water, soy or a combination.
Cooking time may be a minute less or more, depending on room temperature.
