Mix on speed 6 for 10 secs
Add rest of ingredients
Mix on speed 5 for 10 secs
Pop into lined bread tin and cook for 50 mins

An excellent recipie and as it is egg and nut free I can send this to day care with my son as a yummy snack
very simple to make, great for using ripe bananas. I think you could get away with only 5 seconds of blending the bananas if they are fresh.
Great kid friendly recipe. We made this today and forgot to add the oil. It still turned out great despite the forgotten ingredient. Very simple and easy to follow I made this with my 3 year old who loves helping in the kitchen!

Great way to use up bananas that are getting soft.

hi can you use a different oil ?
I use frozen Bananas ! That's why it's 10 secs mix - if your not using frozen bananas I'd only mix for 5 secs speed 4
