  • 40-60 g Bailey's Irish Cream Liqueur

  1. 1. Place sugar into mixing bowl and mill 10 sec/speed 10. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula

    2. Add remaining ingredients to mixing bowl

    3. Mix for 20 sec / speed 5

    4. Serve immediately or chill in fridge for 20 minutes.

    5. Transfer dip into a serving bowl and serve with sliced fresh fruits of choice to dip.

Tip

You can serve this dip with any fruit you like. Arrange fruit on kebab sticks/toothpicks for presentation.

If you don't have Baileys, you can always try some Butterscotch Schnapps, Amarula Liqueur or any sweet liqueur that you like.
