  • 150 grams Baileys Irish Cream
  • 50 grams Milk
  • 30 grams Butter
  • 190 grams Dark Brown Sugar
  • 300 grams White Cooking Chocolate

Recipe's preparation

  1. Mill Raw Sugar 10 Secs Sp 9

  2. Add 125g of the Baileys, and all other ingredients except White Chocolate to the bowl, and cook 12 mins 100 degrees speed 2

     

  3. Line a 20cm x 20cm tray with Baking Paper. 

  4. Add remaining 25g of Baileys & White Chocolate, (break into pieces if using block chocolate).  Mix on speed 2 for 1 min 30 secs. 

     

  5. Pour into lined tray and leave to cool on bench for an hour before refrigerating for at least two hours. 

     

    Enjoy. 

Tip

I based this recipe on "Wendy's Kitchen Table" Baileys White Chocolate Fudge, with a little bit of a change to it.

    Tasted quite nice although it tasted very strongly of Baileys. Didn't harden up at all and remained quite pliable after being refrigerated for some time. Thanks for the recipe

    Nice fudge but I think light soft brown sugar would be nicer. The dark brown is quite strong and dark so I am thinking of putting a layer of caramel fuge on top.

    Very nice fudge very sweet. If you keep it in the freezer and get out how ever many peices you need. It is great. I used thick cream instead of milk which helps it to be thicker>

    doesn't work. cooked it for extra 20 mins, as was just runny fluid after stated time. hardened eventually to a toffee like sticky gloop. waste of baileys and choc!! tmrc_emoticons.(

    thanks for the recipe..mine doesn't seem to harden up... tmrc_emoticons.((  i left it in the fridge overnight , its still very soft....

    i followed the recipe to the T...what could have gone wrong ??  i might try and put it into the freezer for a while
