- 1 package Choc Ripple Biscuits
- 80 grams sugar
- 60 grams unsalted butter
- 5 packages cherry ripe
- 2 packages cream cheese
- 2 heaped teaspoons cocoa

I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
add 80grams sugar to bowl and blitz for 5 sec on speed 9 and place in a bowl aside for later- rinse out TM bowl
Add 60grams butter and melt on 100deg for 2minutes on Speed 2
Throw in choc ripple biscuits and blitz for 10 seconds on speed 8
Press mixture into flan and put in fridge whilst preparing the rest
RInse and dry TM Bowl
Break 4 cherry-ripes in half and turbo 3 times on 1sec then place aside in a bowl
Place in 2 packages of cream cheese and blitz on Speed 5 for 30 seconds
Add set aside sugar 2 heaped teaspoons of cocoa and mix on speed 4 for a further 30 seconds
Add the set aside cherry ripe and mix for 10 seconds on sspeed 2
Get base out of ridge and using your spatula remove mixture from TM bowl and put on top of the base
Spread out and smooth
Cut remaining cherryripe into pieces and place on top to decorate
Refrigerate for 1 hour and serve on its own or with some vanilla ice-cream

Delicious! Not too sweet and very easy to make.
Loved this recipe as its something different to your same old cheesecakes, plenty of flavour with out it been to rich, was a great size could get 10 slices out of it. will be making again for birthdays!! Thanks
