Ingredients

almond meal

  • 110 g almonds

100g nut butter (this is enough for two batches)

  • 100 g peanuts, salted
  • 55 g almonds
  • 55 g Cashews, roasted
  • 40 g Grapeseed Oil

remainder of ingredients

  • 45 g Vanilla Protein Powder, (or flavour of your choice)
  • 85 g Maple syrup
  • 35 g cacao nibs

Recipe's preparation

    almond meal {set aside}
  1. Add almonds to mixing bowl and process - 7 SEC / SPD 7

  2. nut butter
  3. add all nuts into mixing bowl and chop  - 10 SEC / SPD 5

    {scrape down}

     

    add oil into mixing bowl and process - 30 SEC / SPD 4

    {remove half and save for another batch or use for yummy nut butter}

     

  4. remainder
  5. Add to the nut butter still in the mixing bowl the almond meal, protein powder and maple syrup and combine - 30 SEC / SPD 6

    {scrape down}

     

    Add nibs and mix - 30 SEC / SPD 3

     

    Once combined either roll into balls or press into a lined small slice tin or tray* and chill until set (approx a couple of hours)

     

    *if set in tray remove baking paper and slice into small bite sized squares
