Mousse
- 50 grams chocolate chip
- 300 grams thickened cream
- 3 heaped tablespoons Milo
- 1 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoons caster sugar
Brownie
- 150 grams Butter
- 275 grams caster sugar
- 30 grams Milo
- 50 grams cocoa powder
- 3 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 eggs
- 75 grams Flour, Plain

- Pre heat oven to 160oC.
Line a 11x7" baking pan with paper. - Place chocolate chips into bowl. Lid and MC ON.
Chop 10sec/sp 7.
Set aside. - Insert butterfly. Add thickened cream, Milo, cocoa powder and caster sugar.
Lid and MC ON.
Mix 20sec/sp 4.
Scrape down bowl. - Add reserved chocolate.
Lid and MC ON.
Mix 10sec/sp 4.
Place mousse into bowl and place in fridge. - Without washing bowl, Add butter to bowl.
Lid and MC ON.
Melt 3mins/80oC/sp 2. - Without washing the bowl, add butter.
Lid and MC ON.
Melt 3mins/80oC/sp 2. - Add caster sugar, Milo, and cocoa powder.
Lid and MC ON.
Mix 10sec/sp 4.
Scrape down bowl and repeat. - Allow to cool slightly.
Add eggs and vanilla.
Lid and MC ON.
Mix 10sec/"Counter-clockwise operation" /sp 4.
Scrape down bowl and repeat. - Add flour.
Lid and MC ON.
Mix 5sec/sp 4.
Scrape down bowl and repeat. - Pour into prepared pan and bake for approx 25 mins.
Allow to cool in pan. - To serve, Slice brownie and spread with some mousse. Top with fruit and enjoy.

For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid.
