- 150 grams Cashews raw
- 100 grams coffee, brewed
- 80 grams cocoa
- 200 grams agave or maple syrup or maleo
- 260 grams coconut milk

Add all ingredients to bowl. Blend 30 secs/speed 7, scrape down sides and blend another 30 secs/speed 7 or until smooth.
Pour into serving bowls and freeze until semi frozen.

Tip
Maleo is a syrup made with 300gr rapadura sugar and 150 gr water 5 mins/50 degrees/ sp 2. Store in fridge. (From //www.changinghabits.com.au)
