- 250 g raw cashews
- 100 g coconut oil
- 20 g cacao powder
- 85 g Maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Place cashews in the bowl and blitz 30 sec, sp 9.
Add coconut oil and mix 10 sec, sp 4.
Scrape bowl sides and then mix again for 10 sec, sp 4.
Add cacao, maple syrup, salt and vanilla and mix for 10sec, sp 4.
Pour mixture into a lined slice tray, smooth the top with a spatula.
Freeze for at least an hour.
Tip
Due to the coconut oil, the fudge will melt at room temperature. Best served straight from the freezer.
