Recipe's preparation

    Method:
    1. Add the Almonds and both rice to the Thermomix Bowl and Mill for 10 Seconds / Speed 9. Add the Baking Powder, shredded coconut and chia and mix together for 10 Seconds / Speed 7.
    2. Add the Eggs, Vanilla, honey and Milk and mix together for 20 Seconds / Speed 7 or until a thickish batter.
    3. Cook the Pancakes one at a time in the coconut oil over a LOW HEAT. They will burn easily so take your time. Well worth the wait in the end!

Delicious. I quartered the recipe as breakfast for one. Made a lovely 4 stack cooked them all at once in large frypan.
Served with maple syrup between each layer, then nakula berry coconut yougurt, banana and a sprinkle of cacao nibs.
Will definitely be my go to pancake/pikelet mix nutritious and gluten free 🤗

A great, easy recipe - thank you! It is a little grainy in texture but tasted delicious. I served it with coconut yoghurt, bananas, blueberries & raspberries.

I just made these pancakes then with a few adjustments ( due to what I had in the cupboard), and they are delicious! Wonderful subtle flavor to them.

    Thanks for the recipe
