- 500g Juice
- 35g Great Lakes Gelatin
- 20g xylitol or sweetener of choice

1. Pour all ingredients into the bowl, 37' temp/2 min/spead 2 to desolve gelatin and xylitol.
2. Pour into glass tray and place in the frig for 20 min.
Fruit Juice Jellies
Tip
If using freshly squeezed juice, heat only 250g and once sweetener and gelatin are desolved add the remaining juice.
If using an alternative sweetener (ie honey, rice malt), heat at 50 degree for the 2 minutes to ensure sweetener is desolved.
