This is a family favourite that we have regularly.
I add 1 tsp of vanilla extract and halve the sugar. Serve with Maple Syrup and its so good!
Made about 20 pancakes. Nice and light served with strawberries, raspberries’ maple syrup and cream. Delicious.
Taste delicious and turned out great, thanks for sharing
Lovely, light & very quick.
I completely doubled the recipe & added vanilla essence. I'll use less sugar next time but I'll do this again.
Quick and easy recipe. Yummy pancakes!
I halved the sugar and they were still quite sweet.
Also found the batter very thick- good for pikelets but I’d water down for bigger/thinner pancakes. Will make again
Quick and easy. Very yummy 😁
So quick & easy. I halved the sugar - perfect & fluffy pancakes- yum.
