Thickend Cream
- 0.6 litre Thickend cream
- 210 grams sugar
- 1 tablespoon vanilla sugar
- 250 grams whole milk
- 3 teaspoon gelatin

Grab a bowl (cereal bowl e.g) and pour in 250 g Milk and sprinkle 3 teaspoons Gelatin on top. Set aside.
Put into thermomix bowl:"Closed lid"
600ml (590g) Thickend cream, 210g Sugar and 1 Tablespoon Vanilla sugar (selfmade in Thermomix)
9mins/100 degrees /Speed 2
Add the Milk/Gelatin mix into Thermomix and cook for 1 Min/100 degrees/Speed 2.
Pour into little cups, let it cool for a bit and pop it in the fridge for at least 1.5 hours to let it set. Enjoy
Tip
Add one more teaspoon of gelatin if you are going to turn it out onto a plate.

Nice, quick, easy. I took about half the ingredients (same cooking time). The yummiest way to use up thickened cream, which always used to go off in my fridge!
Extremely easy and even better next day. I used thickened cream (doubled the recipe) and after set I then set vanilla berry jelly on top. I have made it several times with and without the jelly.
Are you best to use thickened cream - not just ordinary cream for this?
This is soooo delicious and very easy, my new favourite dessert. I topped mine with a mixed berry Fruit Coulis.
