Ingredients
Seriously chocolate choc pudding
- 200 g caster sugar
- 120 g Self Raising Flour
- 30 g cocoa powder
- 180 g Milk
- 75 g Butter, melted
- 2 Violet Crumble bars, 2 x 50g smashed
- 10 g Soft brown sugar
- Boiling water, enough to come half way up around dish
- vanilla icecream, to serve

Preheat oven at 180.
Combine caster sugar, flour and cocoa powder in TM bowl. 5 seconds speed 4 or until well combined.
Add milk, butter and 1 x Voilet Crumble bar. 10 seconds speed 4 or until well combined.
Spoon into creased oven proof dish.
Sprinkle with brown sugar and dust with cocoa powder.
Sit dish in high baking dish. Pour boiling water around dish until half way up.
Bake for approx 30 minutes or until consistency of slightly undercooked cake when checked with knife.
Serve sprinkled with Voilet Crumble along with Vanilla iceceam.
