Recipe's preparation

  1. Place the dates in the bowl and chop on speed 7 for 5 Seconds. Scrape down the sides of the bowl and chop again on Speed 7 for 3 Seconds. Add all other ingredients and cook for 8 Minutes | 80 Degrees | Speed 4.

    For a sweeter mix add more maple syrup and or Raw Honey

    Tasted great!  I used a variation and used 100g pitted dates (gave it more texture and balanced the rich cream), 200g Jersey Cream (very rich), 300g A2 Milk (made up for less cream) and 45g Rice Malt (better for you than sugar).  Got the thumbs up from all our guests!

    Delicious! Wasn't quite as sweet as I like, so I just put maple syrup on the top.

    Nom nom.  Seriously good.  Used rice malt instead of maple syrup.  Awesome result, thanks for the recipe.

    Yummy! So filling though, I made half the recipe and myself and my husband could only eat half. I'm used to just milk custards though. I think for next time I might do one more date, and decrease the cream/increase the milk. But definitely an awesome flavour idea tmrc_emoticons.)
