Bars
- 1.5 cups Rolled Oats, Gluten free for GF eaters
- 0.5 cup raw almonds, skin on
- 1 cup (packed) dates, pitted
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tbsp sunflower seeds
- 2 tbsp Flax seeds
- 2 tbsp Hemp Seeds
- 0.25 Cup Maple Syrup
- 0.25 Cup tahini
- 1 pinch sea salt

Toast oats in mixing bowl 4 mins/varoma/rev/speed 2. Set aside.
Toast almonds in mixing bowl 5 mins/varoma/rev/speed 2. Roughly chop almonds using Turbo. Set aside with oats.
Process dates 30 secs/speed 5 or until "dough" like consistency. Add seeds. Set aside with oats and almonds.
Place maple syrup, tahini and salt in mixing bowl 1 min/varoma/speed 2. Pour over & mix thoroughly through oat mixture.
Press firmly into a 20 cm x 20 cm tray lined with plastic wrap. Chill in freezer for 15-20 minutes to harden.
Remove from tray and cut into bars. Keep in refrigerator.
