- 1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk - 395g
- 200 grams Nutella or Hazelnut Spread, (homemade if you wish! See Everyday/Basic Cookbook for recipe)
- 30 grams cocoa powder

Mill Cocoa 5 secs speed 10, scrape down.
Insert butterfly- add cream and nutella and whisk on speed 2 whilst slowly pouring in the sweetened condensed milk.
Increase speed to speed 3 and whisk until slightly thickened - approx 1 minute.
Pour into freezer safe container and freeze 6-8 hours. Overnight is ideal

Tip
This is very rich but oh so delish! you can choose to reduce the amount of Nutella if you wish.

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. Great recipe, thanks. It was a little thick to scoop so i dunked the ice cream scoop in hot water. It is very decadent so im not sure i would eat this by itself very often.

This ice cream is so yum & so easy! I only used 15g Cocoa & about 180g of Nutella and I whipped it for a lot longer than stated hoping it would thicken but it didn't really so I put it in the freezer and it turned out perfect! everyone loves it! Will be making again!
