Recipe's preparation
- 50 gram pasta spaghetti (saya pakai merk Barilla)
Secukupnya udang (atau topping lain sesuai selera- misalnya smoked beef, tuna, atau salmon). Saya pakai 7 ekor udang ukuran sedang
3 siung bawang putih, cincang
4 buah cabe rawit merah (sesuaikan selera, saya suka pedas)
Olive oil
Dried basil/ parsley (saya lebih suka ada slightly wangi basil)
Dried chilli
1/2 SDT butter (bukan margarine, saya pakai Anchor)
Lada
Garam
Penyedap
Parmesan cheese (optional)
Cara Membuat

Rebus air dengan garam dan 1-2 SDT olive oil. Ketika air mendidih, masukkan spaghetti. Rebus hingga al dente (durasi berbeda-beda, tergantung merk yang digunakan. Biasanya sekitar 8-11 menit). Bila sudah, tiriskan.

Tumis bawang putih dan cabe rawit dengan olive oil. Masukkan udang, masak sampai udang berubah warna. Lalu masukkan spaghetti. Aduk rata.

Taburkan dried basil dan dried chilli. Berikan lada dan penyedap sesuai selera. Aduk rata. Lalu masukkan butter. Kembali aduk hingga merata. Test rasa. Bila suka yang agak “basah”/ oily, bisa tambahkan 1-2 SDM air rebusan spaghetti tadi. Aduk rata.

Matikan kompor, sajikan Spaghetti Aglio Olio dan taburkan dried parsley dan keju parmesan di atasnya. Hm! Buon Appetito!
