- 250 gram udang
1/2 buah jeruk nipis
Bumbu halus
10 buah cabai keriting
15 buah cabe rawit setan
6 siung bawang merah
1 buah bawang putih
2 lembar daun jeruk
Sasoning
1 sdt garam
1/2 sdt kaldu jamur
1 ruas gula merah
1/2 sdt kecap manis
1 bks saus cabai kemasan kecil
Cara Membuat

Cuci bersih udang buang kumisnya kemudian kucuri jeruk nipis

Rebus bumbu halus sampai layu kemudian haluskan dan tumis dengan daun jeruk sampai wangi, bumbui dengan gula garam kaldu jamur beri sedikit air untuk meresapkan bumbu.

Masukkan udang yang dimarinasi jeruk masak sampai matang dan keluar minyak.
