Recipe is created for
TM 6
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Thank you for sharing this recipe. The jam was super thick, I did use some jam sugar as well. I haven't actually tried the jam perse as i gifted some and wanted to use up other jams first. but I did scrape the bowl and lick the spoon and it was delicious and not too sweet which I love. Am making another batch today and will put a small amount aside for a scone for afternoon tea. Will update with 🌟
