Add all ingredients into TM bowl and blend for 1.5 minutes-2 minutes/ speed 9.
Add extra water if too thick.
Tip
Add a banana and blend with your shake to add more flavour.
Use Maple syrup instead of Honey.
Add 8 almonds for added flavour.
