  • 3 stalks birds eye chilli
  • 8 cm Fresh Tumeric
  • 2 cm ginger root
  • 1 stalks Lemon grass, White Part only, smashed at ends
  • 20 g shallots
  • 300 g Berubut, Pre-Boiled and Cut in Slice
  • 2 piece Daun Kunyit, Sliced Thinly
  • 1 pieces Asam Keping
  • 150 grams water
  • 200 gram coconut milk
  • 1 teaspoons salt

Recipe's preparation

    Blend Ingredients
  1. Place 3 Stalks Birds Eye Chilli
  2. 8 cm Fresh Tumeric
  3. 2cm Ginger root
  4. 20g of Shallots
  5. Blend"Blend" Speed 5 for 10 Seconds. Scrape down using spatula
  6. Add 1 Stalk of Lemongrass bruised at ends.
  7. Place 10g of Oil.
  8. Placed 300grams of Berubut. Cook 10mins/ Counter-clockwise operation"Counter-clockwise operation" /Gentle stir setting"Gentle stir setting"
  9. Put in the Asam Keping and Pour in 150g of water.
  10. Add in 1 Teaspoon Salt.
    Add 200grams of Coconut Milk.
    Cook for 8mins/ Counter-clockwise operation"Counter-clockwise operation" /Gentle stir setting"Gentle stir setting"

Tip

Preboiled Berubut until soft and slice.
