Ingredients
- 1 Medium Carrot, roughly chopped
- 1 brown oinion, halved
- 2 garlic cloves, peeled
- 500 g minced beef or mince your own
- 100 g tomato sauce
- 1 egg
- 1 Cup fresh bread crumbs made by TMX
- 4-8 slices short cut bacon
- Grated cheese to top bacon
- bbq/steak sauce to glaze

I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
1. Pre-heat oven to 200 degrees/180 fan forced. Line oven tray with baking paper
2. Chop onion garlic and carrot 5 sec/speed 7
3. Add mince, tomato sauce, breadcrumbs and egg mix 25sec speed 5 to combine
4. Seperate mixture in half. Form into loaf shape on baking paper, but remember this is the bottom half fo don't make it too high.
5. Layer bacon on top and then sprinkle with cheese. Don't place cheese right to edge because you want to encase it with the rest of the mixture.
6. Use the rest of the mixture to form the top of the loaf and to encase the bacon and cheese.
7.Bake for 40min then remove to glaze before returning to oven for a further 10min.

Tip
Also try chicken mince, but instead of adding 100g of tomato sauce try 40g of barbecue. The chicken recipe is pictured.
